Taoist Diet, day by day
Day 1
Breakfast
1 coffee or tea without sugar, 2 whole-wheat toast with butter and 1 banana.
Collation
Grapes at ease.
Lunch
1 salad vegetables median election, olive oil, lemon and garlic, plus carrot juice to drink.
Collation
1 block.
Dinner
1 serving of steamed fish with ginger sauce, 1 serving of sauteed mixed vegetables, 1 girl salad vegetables and tea to drink choice.
Day 2
Breakfast
1 coffee or tea without sugar, 2 figs and 1 handful of almonds.
Collation
Plums at ease.
Lunch
1 cup of mixed fruits (grapes, apples, pears and plums), 1 handful of nuts and tea to drink.
Collation
1 pear.
Dinner
1 steak (steak) very lightly cooked with pepper, 1 serving of sauteed mixed vegetables, 1 girl salad vegetables and tea to drink choice.
Day 3
Breakfast
1 juice freshly squeezed orange and 1 grapefruit.
Collation
1 apple
Lunch
1 chicken breast cooked very little, 1 serving of steamed mixed vegetables, salad vegetables girl of choice and 1 handful of almonds.
Collation
Grapes at ease.
Dinner
1 salad vegetables median election, olive oil, lemon and garlic, plus 1 handful of nuts and drinking carrot juice.
Day 4
Breakfast
1 glass of skim milk and 1 cup of mixed fruits (grapes, apples and pears and plums).
Collation
1 pear
Lunch
1 handful of almonds and carrot juice to drink.
Collation
Plums at ease.
Dinner
1 serving of brown rice with parsley, 1 serving of sauteed mixed vegetables and tea to drink.
Day 5
Breakfast
1 coffee or tea, 2 figs and 1 banana.
Collation
1 block.
Lunch
1 cup of mixed fruits (grapes, apples, pears and plums) and carrot juice to drink.
Collation
1 pear.
Dinner
1 serving of shrimp sauteed with garlic and ginger, 1 serving of broccoli sauteed with sesame seeds, 1 girl salad vegetables and tea to drink choice.
On 6 and 7 repeat any of the above except the fifth, or make your own combinations of food, according to the principles learned.
