To reactivate the metabolism to avoid sugar and white flour 7 days (second week)
The refined carbohydrates, namely sugar and refined carbohydrates obtained by depriving the flour of the outer (bran), are real killers for metabolism, have a rapid absorption and are among the main accused of peak blood glucose and insulin. Moreover, the fact that they were deprived of bran makes them biologically “dead” and threatening bowel function.
