Weight Loss Diary

Weight loss is based on three basic precepts:

1 – Healthy and balanced according to our physical activity.
2 – Physical Activity
3 – Rest

But in the way of this daily struggle to maintain a healthy weight, we encounter obstacles.
Often the biggest obstacle is ourselves with our lack of consistency.
For achieving such desired weight loss, we can help with a “diary”, a notebook to write down that we always carry with us and where we write “all” without cheating.

Write each day:

1 – everything you eat and what times
2 – to develop physical activity
3 – how long they slept
4 to 1 time per week on a planchette add weight and waist circumference.

Believe it or not this diary will act as your conscience and as a tool to provide you with your dietitian. Will be able to follow more clearly what they are doing wrong either in their diet or activity, to correct it.
Another tip that day weighed weekly on Monday not because it is more likely that the weekend has made some disarray, it is always better on a Wednesday or Thursday.
