Diet Weight Watchers

Diet Weight Watchers was founded in America in the 60s from an idea by Jean Nidetch, who wanted to go on a diet without giving up the pleasures of food and then decide to create regular meetings with her friends for advice and tips lose weight and psychological support.

Given the success of the meetings, Mrs. Nidecht decided to seek help from a group of doctors, who scientifically prepared diet, but always bearing in mind the concept of self-help, as one of the elements towards the success of the diet is just the sense of solidarity and emulation of the group, not surprisingly, during the Weight Watchers meetings are set out its difficulties and its successes, the whole backed by psychologists and nutritionists.
