Lactose-free diet

lactose-free dietIf you are lactose intolerant and want to diet are probably not aware of all foods that do contain lactose.

I approached today a list of these items which you should remove from your kitchen if you want to eat no lactose under no circumstances, namely:

- Whole milk, semi-skimmed and skimmed

- Butter and margarine

- Cheese

- Yogurt and fresh cheese mousse type Petit Suisse

- Cookies, cakes, pastries, flan

- Pastry

- Ice cream

- Chocolates, candies, chewing gum

- Ham and bologna

- And bechamel croquettes

- Food and canned or bottled juices

- Pasta (spaghetti, macaroni, soup …)
