What is Detox Diet

Detox Diet is a way to lose weight, gain energy, and release the body of toxins, by protecting our body from toxic environment in which it is immersed, both because of the food we eat, and toxic environments , a toxic relationship in which it is involved, or any toxic chemicals that surround us.
The truth is that recent investigations have shown that our body receives many harmful chemicals from the environment, which end up in our blood.
And if this is added the fact that we often experience stress, which removes energy from our body, and usually unhealthy foods are consumed, no doubt will be clear that we will reach a point where our bodies need a vacation .

1). Fruits (3-4 servings per day) and vegetables (5-7 servings per day)
2). Oats (containing soluble fiber)
3). Citrus fruits and berries (with antioxidant)
4). Fitesteroles enriched foods: milk, yogurt, juices and others.
