Principle and Method Protein Diet
The high-protein diet with bags require replacement of conventional food by meal replacements (mostly bags) containing almost exclusively of proteins: High Protein industrial bags (powder or diet drinks which contain about 80% protein, very little carbohydrate and lipids). You can complete with green vegetables (raw or cooked), salads, soups and vitamin supplements.
By using almost exclusively of protein and you exclude lipids and carbohydrates thus force your body to dip into its fat reserves.
The basic nutrition (protein, minerals and vitamins) and is guaranteed to prevent muscle loss while the lower caloric intake at the same time (about 600 calories per day). You should drink at least a liter and a half of water per day to eliminate waste of protein.
A large majority of bags hyperproteins proposed sale. As with most plans, you should see your doctor, pharmacist or nutritionist (to find the cons-indications, side effects suiveiller you support psychologically) before, during or after your protein diet (including to avoid the problem of malnutrition).
We previously advised the protein diet for obese patients (BMI> 30) to lose weight very quickly in medical purpose (before surgery for example). This system can lose up to 5 kg the first week and 12 kilograms in a month. You should not however follow a protein diet over 4 weeks.
Here are the 4 phases of a protein diet:
* Active phase: it is an essential step, to strictly adhere. It lasts three days at 4 or 5 packets a day.
Why is it essential? During this step you will deplete your reserves into sugar before starting ketosis (or rather ketoacidosis). Ketosis converts fatty acids into your sugar reserves. In so doing, it creates a substance called ketone bodies (providing the satiating effect).
* Phase selective: you can start to consume carbohydrates such as bread, rice, pasta, potatoes, etc.
You then mix 2 or 3 bags to 1 or 2 meals (made of meat or fish, vegetables, dairy products without fat).
You gradually replace the bags by poultry, fish, eggs, etc.
* Stabilization Phase: This is the largest of four phases. You do not jump if you want to avoid a resumption of weight (yo-yo).
* Phase balanced diet, you need a resume feeding the healthy and balanced.
