The diet of potato

The potato diet provides between 1300 and 1400 calories per day, which allows you to lose about 1 kilo and a half per week.

The diet of potato eating plan

Day 1

Breakfast: 2 slices with jam of choice and 1 coffee or tea

Collation: 1 pear juice without sugar

Day 2

Breakfast: 1 coffee with skim milk 100 ml

Collation: 1 apricot juice (apricot) without sugar

Lunch: 1 serving of saffron rice, 1 serving of grilled sole and 1 serving of steamed pumpkin

Collation: 1 unsweetened grapefruit juice

Dinner: 1 potato omelet (made with two eggs), 1 slice (80 gr.) Potatoes with 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil, plus 1 serving (200 gm.) Of cooked spinach.

Day 3

Breakfast: 1 low fat yogurt and 1 cup of coffee or tea

Collation: 1 peach juice (peach) without sugar

Lunch: 1 portion of garlic paste, 1 chicken breast grilled and 1 lettuce salad girl.

Collation: 1 unsweetened pineapple juice

Dinner: 1 serving of fries (250 gr.) And 1 serving of broccoli (150 g) steamed with cider vinegar.

Day 4

Breakfast: 1 pear and 1 cup of coffee or tea

Collation: 1 pear juice without sugar

Lunch: 1 serving of gnocchi (190 g) with tomato and basil, plus 1 tomato salad and cucumber girl

Collation: 1 apricot juice (apricot) without sugar

Dinner: 1 serving (300 g) of boiled potatoes with oil, vinegar, pepper and parsley.

Day 5

Breakfast: 1 low fat yogurt and 1 cup of coffee or tea

Collation: 1 unsweetened grapefruit juice

Lunch: 1 serving of rice with vegetables and 1 serving (150g) fennel with oil, salt and pepper

Collation: 1 peach juice (peach) without sugar

Dinner: potato cake (made with boiled potatoes 250 g and 50 g of mozzarella cheese)

Repeat the cycle the following days.
