Low Calorie Soft Drink for The Summer
Prepare a low-calorie soda is not a bad idea to attack the high temperatures that lie ahead and, in turn, care for the figure in an age where it becomes more visible. This is how you implement this exciting recipe that we propose below. Fresh, fruity and always healthy.
Ingredients:
* A cup of orange juice
* One cup lemon juice
* Four slices of pineapple
* A pint of sparkling water
* Crushed ice
Preparation
Blend peeled pineapple slices with the juice squeezed from oranges and lemons. Preparation should stay as homogeneous as possible.
Then you simply dilute (mainly by the strong lemon juice and good cooling effect of the bubbles) with carbonated water, while cooling with crushed ice.
You may want to use a dietary sweetener to enhance its flavor. Also, of course, you can try to combine more fruits, like kiwi, strawberries or any other you think might go well in this preparation. Ideal to enjoy beside the pool.
