Caffeine and The Myth on Weight Loss (I)

In some slimming products, caffeine is attributed to the role of ‘fat burning’, but so far no scientific evidence to establish that the substance may facilitate weight loss.
As we approach the spring and summer, a larger number of products, whether oral consumption or topical use, including caffeine among its components.
