One of the most popular diets, day by day to lose up to 10 kg in fourteen days.
Despite its name, this diet was developed in the famous clinic in Rochester, United States (Mayo Clinic as it never ceases to clarify).
However, a diet is effective in many cases, provided that the instructions to the letter and is made after medical advice.
