Carbohydrate staple food for weight loss

Leafing through a magazine where all we talk about diets, says that to lose weight is important to reduce intake of carbohydrates in nutrition. It is true, only that most times the word “reduce” is transformed to “eliminate” these substances from the body. Nothing could be more wrong.

In fact, all derivatives of wheat are essential as are the fuel of our cells: make starches slowly releasing glucose, which nourishes our cells and results in reduced production of insulin and continuous over time.

The shortest and uneducated to lose weight is to drastically reduce this type of food. The risk of eating mostly protein with products such as meat is that the body, to compensate for the functions that normally would play starches transforms the meat proteins to glucose, thereby producing waste that the kidneys must eliminate.

Not to mention that the food in which the starches are present, thanks to the fibers contained in them, give a greater sense of satiety. Moreover, the consumption of pasta and the like has a beneficial effect on mood in fact; the glucose that is released from starch indirectly promotes the synthesis of serotonin in the brain, the hormone of happiness and contentment.

With starchy diets lose weight quickly, it’s true, but the decrease relates primarily muscle mass and fluids, not fat, and it still tends to take back the lost pounds. In fact, while the products derived from grain detain liquids, reducing these decreases in the body fluids and lacking the energy produced from carbohydrates the body tries to recover it through the breakdown of muscle proteins, reduced to a state decay. And as soon as it starts to eat normally, the body assumes illiquid and proteins, but almost exclusively fat.

Who eats everything in the right amounts and lose weight more slowly, but only removes the fat.
