• Lunch: 1 serving of boiled pumpkin with sesame oil, 1 small salad of lettuce and onion, and 1 seasonal fruit of your choice for dessert.
• Dinner: 1 serving of meat to the oven, 1 serving of peas and beans boiled and 1 seasonal fruit of your choice for dessert.

DAY 4
• LUNCH: 1 cup broth black beans, 1 serving of beans steamed and peeled 1 fruit of choice as a dessert station.
• DINNER: 1 grated carrot side salad, onion, lettuce and leeks, seasoned with sesame oil, plus a radish juice and 1 seasonal fruit of your choice for dessert.

DAY 5
• Lunch: 1 chicken breast without skin homo, 1 serving of boiled cabbage with corn oil and 1 fruit in season at the option of dessert.
• Dinner: 1 serving of brown rice, a lettuce salad with corn oil and 1 seasonal fruit for dessert choice.

DAYS 6 and 7
• Repeat any of the foregoing.

Not all calories are equal
